Sketched with mech pencil, inked with Micron pens [005], colored with what very little of my Copics I have left (and not exactly in the right colors because I'm seriously out. Still depleted from the issue of Celebrity Haute, boo, so I'm milking what little I have left) and then messed with in PS7 after I threw a parchment stock at it.
